Extra Person :

Monthly Rates :

The above rates are subject to 5% Service Charge and applicable VAT per room per month, inclusive of daily maid cleaning, 3 times change of linens per week.

Two months deposit and one month advance are required and to be paid prior to check-in. Water and electricity charged :

- Water : 30 Baht per unit plus applicable VAT
- Electricity : 5 Baht per unit plus applicable VAT

Monthly Buffet Breakfast :

At 4,000 Baht net inclusive of 10% Service Charge and applicable VAT

Monthly Laundry :

90 pieces at 1,300 Baht plus applicable VAT per month

120 pieces at 1,800 Baht plus applicable VAT per month

Additional piece will be charged at 20 Baht plus applicable VAT

Monthly Internet :
