For 2 Bedroom suite type
- Single rate inclusive of 2 ABF
- Twin rate inclusive of 4 ABF
- Internet/Walk-in rate inclusive of maximum 4 ABF

Extra Bed :

Baht 700.- net per bed per night inclusive of ABF and VAT

Extra person :

Adult : Baht 350.- net per person per night inclusive of ABF and VAT
Child : Baht 250.- net per person per night inclusive of ABF and VAT

Maximum number of guests in each room type :

Studio Suite : 2 adults + 1 child under 12 years or 3 adults
1 BR Suite : 2 adults + 2 children under 12 years or 3 adults
2 BR Suite: 4 adults + 2 children under 12 years or 6 adults

The above rates are subject to 7% service charge and VAT per room per month, inclusive of daily maid cleaning, 3 times change of linens per week.
Two months deposit and one month advance are required and to be paid prior to check-in.
Water and electricity charged :
- Water : Baht 30.- per unit plus VAT
- Electricity : Baht 5.- per unit plus VAT

Monthly Laundry :

90 pieces at Baht 1,300.- plus VAT per month
120 pieces at Baht 1,800.- plus VAT per month
Additional piece will be charged at Baht 20.- plus VAT

Monthly ABF :

At Bath 4,000.- net inclusive of 10% service charge and VAT

Monthly Internet :

At Baht 1,200.- plus VAT per month
